AT&T Age Discrimination Investigation
- We filed a collective action against AT&T for age discrimination under the ADEA for disparate impact.
- FYI – In a disparate impact case, the plaintiff(s) argue that a particular employment practice that is neutral on its face creates an unlawful adverse impact on individuals of a particular protected class – here employees over the age of 40.
- Case No. 1:25-cv-00933 in Delaware Federal Court
- We are looking for former AT&T employees, over the age of 40, specifically including Mid-Market Sales employees, who were terminated in 2024/205 for allegedly violating AT&T’s commission policy / code of business conduct for improper sales coding / “falsifying company records” related to migration and upgrades, as part of AT&T’s “rip and replace” audit / investigation.
- AT&T sales employees, over the age of 40, terminated in 2024 as part of AT&Ts alleged “rip and replace” audit / investigation.
- Must be a terminated AT&T sales employee, over the age of 40, and terminated as part of AT&T’s rip and replace investigation.
- Why – terminated employees may be entitled to compensation $$$.
